- Digital signature proxy: OMTI’s newest free service, ReporterBase Digital Signature Proxy, provides RB clients and their reporters with an easy way to add secure digital signatures to transcripts in their normal production process.

MetaRecords
OMTI’s complementary product line, MetaRecords, provides solutions for records retrieval firms and related businesses, such as process servers.
Its integrated software package of business management modules covers their unique business processes, such as order processing, receivables, payables, reports and legal forms.
Its web application allows attorneys, insurance companies and other clients to look up the current status of their records requests, check their invoices and outstanding balances, and view documents online. They can also order records online using MetaRecords’ “smart” form, which remembers previous requests so users can save time by copying and revising old orders to make new ones.
The MetaRecords product line is HIPPA compliant.
