RB Web™ online offices for legal support firm clients and resources

RB Web is a web application that provides end users secure access to selected information in the RB8 SQL database, including downloadable files, in real time. It is also accessible via BlackBerrys, cell phones and other wireless devices through RB Mobile.

Attorneys, insurance companies and other clients of legal support firms can access their depo schedules, billing information, transcripts and other case-related files through standard web browsers wherever they have Internet access. They can also access much of this information wirelessly, including MapQuest directions to proceedings. They can make online depo requests using RB Web’s “smart” form, which remembers previous requests so users can save time by updating old orders to make new ones.

Reporters and other resources can access their job schedules, pay information, and relevant job files, plus acknowledge jobs and turn in completed jobs, over the Internet through standard web browers. They can also access much of this information wirelessly.
