2008 Team RB Conference

Is your ad ready to print?

To ensure that your display ad can appear in the Team RB Conference program, please prepare your art to these specifications:

File formats:

• .ai = Adobe Illustrator
• .psd = Adobe Photoshop
• .tif = Tagged Image File format
• .pdf = Adobe Portable Document Format

To ensure quality, please use one of these formats. If you submit artwork in another format, we will attempt to reformat it to our specifications, but cannot guarantee quality. If we are unable to convert your file, we will instead list your company information as described on the sign-up form.

Color:

This year’s roster will be provided to attendees in PDF format only, so there are no color restrictions for ad submissions.

Ad size:

2-1/4" wide x 2" high at the recommended resolution (below).

Resolution:

300 dpi (dots per inch) minimum for any bitmapped graphics.

Vector graphics do not require a specific resolution.

Deadline:

September 30, 2008.

Don’t have an ad? How about adding your company logo?

If you don’t have an ad ready at the proper size, but you have a company logo that falls within these specifications, send us that. We will size it to fit along with your company contact information.
