Webinars will be reserved for special presentations on new features and services, such as our new digital signature service, or to train RB8 users in higher level functions, such as the new support ticket system.

Whenever possible, these special webinars will also be converted into screencasts for viewing at your convenience.

Training & consulting help you get the most out of your RB system

To ensure that your business can start using RB8 as soon as possible, your key people need training first. At a minimum, we require that 2–3 people from your office take RB8 training before you “go live” with your new RB8 system. For example, your calendar, billing and accounting managers should be trained before you upgrade to RB8.

Another key element in successful implementation is a proper plan. That is why we consult with you — before training begins — to help you plan your RB8 implementation and set up RB8 to work for your business. This initial phone consultation takes about 2 hours. Afterwards, you will be able to customize RB8 to your business and begin training.

Both RB8 Essential Training and the initial phone consultation are included in each RB8 purchase.Plus, we now offer free screencasts to cover the 2 major areas of RB: Calendar and Production/Billing. For the smoothest integration if RB8 into your workflow, we recommend that you include our optional on-site training. And if you need workflow analysis or other business consulting, we can provide custom services for your business.

Screencasts have replaced RB8 webinars to cover the 2 most vital areas of RB8: Calendar and Production/Billing. Now, you can view the same presentations from the webinars over and over anytime you want for free.

Plus we have added screencasts covering the new RB Digital Signature Proxy service.

The presentations have been broken up into short movies that you can watch online or via any smart mobile device, such as an iPhone or the latest BlackBerry. RB screencasts are available only to registered RB users.

RB screencasts make it easy to train new hires or to have existing staff brush up on vital RB8 basics. You no longer have to wait for the monthly scheduled webinars, and if staff didn't understand something the first time around, they can easily review the screencasts until they are comfortable with the material covered.

Learn RB8 at your own pace, without leaving your desk

RB8 Essential Training is available on CD-ROMs and online. All RB8 system purchases include a set of training CD-ROMs. If you prefer, you can also watch training movies online. Online training movies are free to registered RB users.

Train on-site with a custom program

For best results, we recommend our on-site training. If your staff requires extra attention to make the switch to RB8, or you prefer a live instructor, or you need a training program tailored to your unique business requirements, we offer on-site training of 1–3 days that can be tailored to your business needs.
