CUSTOM PROGRAMMINGCustom reports & more for your businessFor RB8:If you can’t find the exact report, form, etc. that you need in RB8, we can program it for you. The base rate for custom programming is $2,000. Depending on complexity, the actual rate charged may be higher. The rate for custom programming covers developing the report, form, etc. To cover the ongoing expense to us of maintaining your custom code, you must be on Premium support plus pay an additional 20% of the total custom programming cost annually. Maintaining your custom code entails training our staff to support it and making sure your custom programming stays compliant with updates of the system. Everytime we create an update to RB8, we have to ensure that it doesn’t affect your custom report. For RB Web:If you have an important client or prospect, such as an insurance agency, which could mean a lot of profitable work for your business, we are ready to help. If the client requires that your RB Web site uses terminology that matches their in-house terminology so they do not have to retrain staff to use your online offices, we can create a custom site for you.
