Business consulting

OMTI provides on-site business analysis and consultation to help clients use our products effectively. We observe a company’s work processes and provide suggestions and direction for automating correctly and saving money. We also help our clients ensure that they are using our products to their fullest possible extent with workflow tune-ups, best practices, and customized training.

Recent major programming projects

• Tobacco litigation support project: OMTI developed a large-case litigation support system to manage a $100-million tobacco litigation support contract. With a $1-million budget, OMTI provided an on-demand software solution and in-house system designed to manage litigation support for large cases, and first used for managing thousands of tobacco cases. The client processed several thousand tobacco patients using the OMTI-designed system, including retrieving medical records, analyzing records, investigating, then summarizing and selling reports, while also providing records and reports over their secure web site.
  
• Court system project: OMTI developed an international court reporting and transcription management system on a $1/2-million budget for a London, England client. This new system development was for a company headquartered in London with branches in Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia & New Zealand.
