Webinar request form

Please fill out this form completely and click Submit. Be sure to select the webinar session you are interested in in the drop-down menu.

All webinars last 75-90 minutes. Webinar times are Central Time.

Deadline to sign up for a webinar is 72 hours before its scheduled time. Webinars are limited to 10 connections, first come, first served. If you have more than one person to train, we suggest hooking up one computer to a projector so you only need one connection per webinar. If you are interested in more than one connection per session, please include that information in the Additional comments section.

Webinar sessions cost $25 per connection, and must be reserved and paid for in advance.

When we receive your request, we will contact you to confirm and arrange payment.

OMTI reserves the right to cancel any sessions that do not have the minimum number of attendees scheduled. If this should happen to a session you have reserved, you will have the option to reschedule or receive a refund.
