Find cases directly in your RB database using various search criteria. Before entering a case into the database, check to see if it is already there. View and update case details, including canceling cases. See if there are duplicate cases that you should merge together.
Enter the entire case number.
Click
to select one or more categories of cases in the Lookup Case Type popup. See Lookup panel. Case types are set up in Lists > Cases.

to select one or more stages of cases in the Lookup Case Status popup. See Lookup panel. Case statuses are set up in Lists > Cases.

in these fields to enter a scheduled job date range (see Date Navigator).
Stage the job is in, e.g., New or Cancelled. Default is all except Cancelled. Click
