Awarding job points
Track individual contacts’ activity with your firm & reward them with redeemable points. (If you have not already designated which services are “pointable,” i.e. earn points, see Entering billing & pay rates.)

Access a job
- If not already in a New Job/Edit Job window, find the job in Calendar > Jobs (List View)/Jobs (Monthly View)/Jobs (Weekly View) and open the job. See Searching jobs.
- In the View Job window, click Edit.
Update award points
- In a New Job/Edit Job window, scroll or jump to the Award Points pane.
- Click
> Prefill Award Points from Ordering Contact to automatically ensure that your ordering contact has the correct amount of points awarded for this job. See Managing contacts’ award points.
- If Prefill did not add any points, click
.
- In the Add Award Points To panel, check the box for the contact(s) to award points to for this job.
- To change the amount of points awarded for this job, enter a number in the Multiply By field.
- Click Save in the Add Awards Point To panel.
TIP: Give contacts access to points online
If you have RB Connect, give clients the ability to check and redeem their points online (see Fulfilling online reward point requests). Access is by individual contact. Turn on a contact’s access by checking the Show Reward Points menu on Connect box in their Edit Contact window’s Award Points pane. See Managing contacts’ award points.
