Instead of entering one service item at a time a client has requested for a job, speed up your process by selecting a group of service items at once from the preset list. Include your clients’ standing orders in their firm and/or contact profiles. Then you can use Prefill Services on a case or job to easily select all of the service items a client expects.
If the standing order includes a set number of the selected service item. The default is 0 (zero).
Number of business days this service item for this client is due in (for regular deliveries). RB automatically calculates a job’s due date, excluding weekends and designated holidays (see Holidays preferences). The default is 0 (zero). If a firm’s contact has a different preference than the firm’s Due in days preference, the contact’s preference will be used for that contact’s jobs.
If applicable, the client’s preferred way of receiving the service item. Delivery methods are set in Lists > Production.
If the client wants a specific type of expedited delivery. Turnaround types are defined in Rush Type Master.
