Adding standing requests

Instead of entering one service item at a time a client has requested for a job, speed up your process by selecting a group of service items at once from the preset list. Include your clients’ standing orders in their firm and/or contact profiles. Then you can use Prefill Services on a case or job to easily select all of the service items a client expects.

  1. In an Edit Firm/Edit Contact window, scroll or jump to the Preferred Services pane.
  2. Any services that have already been entered appear in the pane. Click add button next to Preferred Services to enter additional preferred services.
  3. In the New Preferred Services panel, Service Group defaults to “9. Misc. Charge.” Select a different service group if desired.
  4. Select the preferred service’s category in Service Subgroup.
  5. Select the preferred service in Service Item.
  6. Enter details about the service item:
