Use Client Activity to find invoices for a specific client. View invoice details. Send copies of the invoices to the client as a PDF file. Save client activity results.
With the firm selected, use the additional search filters to narrow the results returned, if desired:
Default is ALL. To see an individual contact’s invoices, select the contact from the drop-down.
Invoice Date – Default. Date job was billed.
Job Date – Date job occurred.
Post Date – Date invoice was posted in RB9.
Works with Date Type. To view activity within a specific date range, enter date(s) in the field(s) or click each field’s to select date(s) in Date Navigator.
ALL – Default.
Show Open Invoices Only – To see only outstanding (unpaid) invoices.
Show Paid Invoices Only – To see only paid or otherwise settled invoices (such as Voided).
Click to find invoices for a single case (see Looking up cases).
Profit centers or parts of your business you track separately. Default is ALL. Click to restrict search to invoices tied to specific BUs (see Lookup panel). BUs are set in Business Units.
Click . RB9 lists all of the invoices that meet the specified search condition(s). To view an individual invoice’s details, click its hyperlinked Invoice No.
To export and save the results, click and select an export file type. See Exporting & printing results.
When you send invoices by email, RB9 records the type of invoice, who received it, and when it was sent in the invoice’s Notes Log.
