Viewing point history

Get an overview of clients’ point activity. See at a glance what activities have been done by which contacts and how their points history has been affected.

  1. Set search parameters

    1. Payables > Reward Points History
    2. In the Search By pane, specify the following search filters:
      • *Date From/*Date To

        Default is today. Change date range, if desired (see Date Navigator).

      • Firm

        Click lookup button to select a firm in the Lookup Firm popup. See Looking up firms.

      • Contact

        Click lookup button to restrict search to one contact’s cases in the Lookup Contact popup. See Looking up contacts.

      • Activity Type

        Categories of what can be done with points. Default is ALL. Click lookup button to restrict search to specific activities (see Lookup panel).

      • Status

        Stages of point activities. Default is ALL. Click lookup button to restrict search to specific stages (see Lookup panel).

  2. View results

    Click search button. RB9 lists all of the contacts and their point activity that meet the specified search condition(s). The list is an overview only and uneditable.

  3. Export/print results

    To export and save the results, click export button and select an export file type. See Exporting & printing results.
