With your FedEx and/or UPS account(s), you can print official labels and track shipments without leaving RB9.

In the FedEx/UPS Shipping Label panel, if you want to use a different FedEx/UPS account than the default, select it from the FedEx Account/UPS Account drop-down. FedEx accounts are set up in System Preferences > Production > FedEx Accounts for Shipping Labels. UPS accounts are set up in System Preferences > Production > UPS Accounts for Shipping Labels.
RB9 fills in default shipping information:

. (See Updating contacts.)Before you can print labels and track FedEx or UPS shipments, you must first obtain account information and a key from FedEx/UPS, then enter it in System Preferences > Production.
If the Validate Address window appears, FedEx/UPS was unable to verify the address as entered. Recommended addresses will appear below the Ship To address originally entered in RB9. To print using:
If your billing department does not invoice a job until it has shipped, notify them by changing the job’s status to Shipped. See Changing case or job status.
