Adding custom sections to online forms

Save &amp; New: To save the field and add more fields.
Save &amp; Close: When you have no more fields to add.

Get additional information from contacts and resources when they submit requests or turn in jobs via RB Connect with custom sections.

To add a section for your own data fields:

Contact – Calendar and Resource – Turn In only
1. Click the Use Custom Section... slider to select Yes.
2. Enter a title for the custom section in *Section Name.
To add a custom data field:
1. Click in the Custom Section... pane.
2. In the New Custom Field panel, select the type of field you are adding in the Data Type drop-down. Depending on the type selected, other options appear in the panel:
  - *Field Name
    Required. Enter a label for the field.
  - Required
    If users must enter something in this field before their request can be processed, click to select Yes.
  - List Data
    
    List only
    
    To add your own lists to RB Connect forms, see Creating custom lists.
  - *Default
    
    Yes/No drop-down & List only
    Required. Select which option will be visible first.
  - Instruction
    
    Enter brief directions that will appear with the new field.
3. Click Save >
  - Save & New: To save the field and add more fields.
  - Save & Close: When you have no more fields to add.
To re-order the data fields:
Click or next to a field to move it up or down in the list.

To remove a data field:
Check the data field’s box in the list, then click . Click Yes in the popup.
