Copying pay rate tables

Copy and update an existing pay rate table to create a new table quickly.

  1. Find table to copy

    1. Setup > Pay Rates
    2. Click search button to see all of your active existing tables. Or restrict the results using one or more search criteria before clicking search button:
      • Pay Rate Group

        Default is ALL. Click lookup button to restrict the search to one group or several. See Lookup panel.

      • Pay Rate Name

        Enter part of the pay rate name.

      • Show Active Only

        Default is Yes. To search all pay rates, click to select No.

  2. Copy table

    1. Click a hyperlinked Pay Rate Name to copy.
    2. In the View Pay Rate window, click Edit.
    3. Click More > Copy & New.
  3. Update info

    In the New Pay Rate window, *Pay Rate Name (required) is blank, but the rest of the rate table is copied. To update, see Creating pay rate tables.
