Use the Tag Manager to find tagged entities, email selected entities, print envelopes or labels for targeted mailings, and quickly add or remove tags from entities.
Enter a partial/full name in Firm Name to search for specific firms.
Use either or both fields:
Enter a partial/full name in Resource Name to search for specific resources.
Enter a partial/full name in Location Name to search for specific locations.
All tags that were set up in the relevant list for the Entity category selected (see Best Practices below) appear in the Tag drop-down automatically. Select the tag name or type a partial/full tag name in the field if the tag was manually entered in entities.
Click Add Tag. Then in the Add Tag popup, select a tag in the *Tag drop-down or enter a new tag (required). Then click Save.
Click Remove Tag. In the popup that appears, click Yes.
Click More > Send Email. See Emailing from RB.
Tags that are entered as text in Tag fields are saved in the entities where they were entered: They will not appear in any Tag drop-down. To have tags appear in drop-downs, set them up in Lists > Firms, Lists > Contacts, Lists > Resources, and Lists > Locations. Any tags entered in Tag Lists will be shared with the rest of your company.
