Creating/updating notes templates

RB9 only

Create templates of boilerplate text for different types of notes and edit saved templates. Notes templates are saved on the RB server and are available to all of your RB registered users.

Create as many templates as you want for certain notes fields in cases and jobs. Notes templates are organized into Notes Groups so that when selecting a template in a Notes field, only the relevant ones appear. For example, templates saved in the Cases-Remarks Notes Group will be available to select in the Remarks field in a case listing.

  1. Tools > Notes Templates
  2. In the left pane of the Notes Templates window, click search button to view all notes templates or click lookup button to narrow your search (see Lookup panel). RB9 displays all existing templates that fit your search.
