Entering job locations

Depositions can take place in a court room, a law firm’s office, your own conference room, or another location. You can enter locations manually, but you can save time and reduce errors if you select locations from your RB database.

  1. Access a job

    1. If not already in a New Job/Edit Job window, find the job in Calendar > Jobs (List View)/Jobs (Monthly View)/Jobs (Weekly View) and open the job. See Searching jobs.
    2. In the View Job window, click Edit.
    3. Click Edit Job > Job Location.

    In Location Type drop-down, select:

    Depending on which Location Type was selected, you can enter or edit:

  4. Save job

    In the New Job window, click Save or Save > Save & Close in the Edit Job window.
