Finding highest commissioned resources

RB9 only

Find resources that had the highest commissions from their own clients (AKA Client Of resources) or sales representatives that had the highest commissions during a particular time period. View resource details. Print envelopes and labels. Export results to save and create reports.

1. Select resource status

   1. Inquiry > Marketing Inquiry
   2. Select Resources in Category drop-down.
   3. In Type drop-down, select:

      • Top N Client of Commission

        To get results for resources that have their own clients.

      • Top N Sales Rep Commission

        To get results for sales representatives.

2. Update required information

   *Invoice Post Date From/*Invoice Post Date To (required) default is current month to date. To view Client Of resources/sales reps within a different time period, change the date range (see Date Navigator).

3. Restrict results

   Use additional search filters to narrow the results returned, if desired:

   • Top N

     Default is 100 Client Of resources/sales reps. To search for a different amount of resources, update the number in this field.

   • Exclude Copies

     Default is No. If you don’t want to include commissions on copies in your search results, click to select Yes.

   • Business Units

     Profit centers or parts of your business you track separately. Default is ALL. Click to restrict search to jobs tied to specific BUs (see Lookup panel). BUs are set in Business Units.

   • Notification Type

     Default is Main. Click to select one or more email categories to search by. See Managing notification emails.

4. View resources & print envelopes/labels

   Click . All Client Of resources/sales reps that fit the search criteria appear in the results pane.

• To view/update a resource’s details, click their hyperlinked Resource listing. See Updating resources.
• To print envelopes/labels:
  1. Check the box next to Resource in the header to select all results, or check the box(es) next to individual(s) to select specific results.
  2. Click Print Envelopes and Labels. See Printing envelopes and labels.

NOTE: Save the results

To export and save the results, click and select an export file type. See Exporting & printing results.
