Finding inactive clients
RB9 only
Find clients that had no scheduled jobs during a particular time period.

Select client type
- Inquiry > Marketing Inquiry
- To search for:
- Inactive firms – Leave Category as Firm, the default.
- Inactive contacts – Select Contacts in Category drop-down.
- Select No Calendar in Type drop-down.

Update required information
*Entered From/*Entered To (required) default is current month to date. To view clients within a different time period, change the date range (see Date Navigator).
Restrict results
Business Units
Default is ALL. Click
to restrict the search to specific profit centers (see Lookup panel). BUs are set in Business Units.
Notification Type
Contacts only
Default is Main. Click
to select one or more email categories to search by. See Managing notification emails.

View clients & print envelopes/labels
Click
. All clients that fit the search criteria appear in the results pane.
- To view/update a client’s details, click their hyperlinked Firm Name/Contact listing. See Updating firms or Updating contacts.
- To print envelopes/labels:
- Check the box next to Firm Name/Contact in the header to select all results, or check the box(es) next to individual client(s) to select specific results.
- Click Print Envelopes and Labels. See Printing envelopes and labels.
NOTE: Save the results
To export and save the results, click
and select an export file type. See Exporting & printing results.
