Using previously-saved queries
RB9 only
Save time and reduce errors by re-using queries you and other RB9 users in your company created and saved in Query Maker. You can update queries as needed, and save time by creating new queries from existing ones.
- Tools > Query Maker
- In the Query Maker window, click Open.

In the Open Query window, click the hyperlinked Query Name of the query you want to use.
- Edit the query if needed (see Creating custom reports), then click Execute. To:
- Export your report to Excel or as a generic CSV (comma separated values) file, see Exporting & printing results.
- Save your updated query, click Save.
- Save as a new query and leave the existing query unchanged, click Copy & New. Then save with a new name (see Saving queries).
TIP: Start with a published query
In addiiton to in-house queries, you can download a query created by RB9 staff or other users from the Query Gallery. You can use these published queries as is, or edit them to fit your needs. See Using published queries.
NOTE: Upload your own queries
You can share queries you make in Query Maker with other RB9 users. See Publishing your queries.
