Using published queries
RB9 only
You don’t have to start from scratch to generate reports. Save time by using queries made by RB9 staff and other users. You can customize the queries as needed.
- Tools > Query Maker
- In the Query Maker window, click Query Gallery.

In the Query Gallery window, all queries in the current library are listed. To find a query you want to use, use the Search By pane:
Query No.
Enter the query’s number, if for example, OMTI Support gave you the number of a recommended query.

Table Name
Enter the name of the table you want to perform queries on.

Query Name
Enter the query’s name, if for example, OMTI Support gave you the name of a recommended query.
- Click
. In the results returned, click
> Download next to the number of the query you want to use in Query Maker.
- In the Save Query popup, you can edit *Query Name, but you can’t leave it blank.
- Check the Share with other users box if you want to share the query in-house.
- Click Save, then click Close in the Query Gallery window.
- To use the downloaded query, see Using previously-saved queries.
NOTE: Upload your own queries
You can also share queries you make in Query Maker with other RB9 users. See Publishing your queries.
