Before using RB9, you must enter some basic information. Follow these steps in order to set up RB9 for your business:

Initial set-up workflow

  1. Setting up your company information
  2. Creating User Accounts
  3. Creating Security Groups & setting permissions
  4. Setting system preferences for:

    2. Calendar
    3. Production
    4. Billing
    5. Receivables
    6. Payables
    7. Entities
    8. Tools
  5. Setting user preferences

After setting up this basic information, you can start adding your client list and resource information, plus start scheduling jobs.
