Creating groups
Add new security groups with their own permissions and users if the default security groups provided with RB9 are not enough. You can also add message groups. You can add multiple users at once to a group.
Continued from Managing groups.
- In the Users and Groups window, with Message Groups or Security Groups selected, click New.
- In the New Message/Security Group window, enter a unique name for the new group in *Group Name (required).
- Enter information about the group’s purpose in Description, if desired, to help users understand how to use the group.
- Click Save.
- The window changes to an Edit window and the Members pane and Accessibility pane (in Security groups) appear. To:
