RB9 includes 2 default security groups, Administrators and Users, which cannot be deleted. You can update their descriptions, change permissions (Users group only), and add or remove members.
You can add new security groups with their own permissions and users. These groups can be deleted when you no longer need them.
You can also add, edit, and delete message groups.
To manage an existing group or create a new one for sending messages to all members at once.
To manage an existing group or create a new one of users with a special set of rights/permissions.
RB9 displays all existing groups in the category.
Except the 2 default Security Groups
Click the hyperlinked group name. In the View Security/Message Group window, click Delete. Then in the popup that appears, click Yes.
