Customize the look of the form and edit text.

In the New Form/Edit Form window, Home is the default view. Select text to change/format, then select:
If you want to add something to your template that you copied from a file in another program, this button must be highlighted, then paste using your browser’s Paste command.
Contextual list. Depending on what was cut/copied within the template, Formatted Text, Unformatted Text, Image, Text Frame, Chart, Barcode, or Drawing will be active. (This does not work with content copied from other programs.)
Selected template contents will be deleted from its current location in the form and saved to the clipboard to be pasted elsewhere.

Scroll up or down the list of fonts and typefaces to select a different font for the selected text.

Select a color in the default palette as a color bar behind the selected text. To use a custom color, click More Colors... in the drop-down; then select/enter values for a custom color in the Text Background Color popup and click OK.

Opens Tabs popup to select/enter values for tab stops in the selected text. You can also click on the horizontal ruler at the top of the form to add tabs to selected text, click and drag tabs to change their location, drag tabs off the ruler to delete them.
Toggle control characters (format indicators that do not appear in printed versions of the document) on and off.

Select from one of the default numbers for how much space each line of the selected text occupies vertically.
Select border location(s) in the drop-down for the text area of selected text.

If you imported a document for your template, RB9 imports any formatting styles attached to the document. Change the style of any selected text in the form to one of the styles in the list.
If you want to customize styles in a template or add new ones, click Manage Styles at the end of the list. Then modify an existing style or create a new one in the Styles popup.
Revert the last change you made to its previous status. Continue clicking Undo to step back through changes made to the template since it was last saved.
Reverse the last Undo made. Continue clicking Redo to step forward restoring changes made to the template since it was last saved.
Search the template for specific text by entering it in the Find popup, check any options to restrict the search, then click Find Next. RB9 will search from the cursor insertion point forward through the template, highlighting the found text. Keep clicking Find Next to see each instance of the entered text highlighted one at a time. Click Cancel to close the popup.
Search the template for specific text and replace it with new text by entering the existing text in the Find what field and the new text in the Replace with field of the Replace popup. Check any options to restrict the search, then click:
Click Cancel to close the popup.
Selects all text, images, formatting, etc. in the area (main, header, or footer) where the cursor is inserted.
In any section of the tool bar that has in the lower right corner, click it to access a dialog box of options. You can change multiple related options at once in the popup, then click OK to save your changes.
