If your form has tables in it, use Form Templates’ Table Tools options to customize the look of the tables in your forms.

In the New Form/Edit Form window, click inside a table you want to customize, then click Table Tools:
To format/edit an entire selection.
Toggle between visible and invisible cell outlines. Default is visible.
To delete an entire selection.
Choose how to delete a single cell and its contents:
Move cells to the left – Only the cell and its contents are deleted. Existing cells on the right move over, and the row becomes a separate table with one less column.
Delete whole row – The entire row that includes the selected cell is deleted.
Delete whole column – The entire column that includes the selected cell is deleted.
Add one row above the selected cell.
Add one row below the selected cell.
Add one column to the left of the selected cell. If the table fills the width of the page, the table’s column widths automatically adjust to fit the additional column into the table.
Add one column to the right of the selected cell. If the table fills the width of the page, the table’s column widths automatically adjust to fit the additional column into the table.
Combine selected cells into one cell.
Replace a merged cell with its original individual cells.
Above – Separate a table into 2 tables; row where cursor is placed becomes the top row of the second table.
Below – Separate a table into 2 tables; row where cursor is placed becomes the bottom row of the first table.
Select frame location(s) in the drop-down for the selected cell(s)/row(s)/column(s)/table.
With frame location(s) selected in Frames >, select their color in the default palette. Or to use a custom color, click More Colors... in the drop-down; then select/enter values for a custom color in the Frame Line Color popup and click OK.
Select background color in the drop-down for the selected table areas. To use a custom color, click More Colors... in the drop-down; then select/enter values for a custom color in the Background Color popup and click OK.
With frame location(s) selected in Frames >, select their line width in the drop-down.
Click one of the buttons to change how text in the selected cells in a table lines up horizontally and vertically.
In any section of the tool bar that has in the lower right corner, click it to access a dialog box of options. You can change multiple related options at once in the popup, then click OK to save your changes.
