Batch printing assignment notifications/cancellations

Print assignment notifications (resource worksheets) or cancellations to hand out, mail, or for your files.

Continued from Sending batch assignment notifications/cancellations.

  1. In the Send Assignment Notifications/Cancellations window, check the Print box at the top of the results grid to select all jobs listed, or check the box(es) for individual job(s).
  2. Click Print.
  3. In the Options popup, Form Type is uneditable, and the default Form comes from Tools > Form Templates:

  4. Click OK. RB opens the Assignment Notifications/Assignment Cancellations window with a worksheet for each resource.
  5. Review and edit the worksheet(s), if needed. Click a tab to access tools to edit the worksheet(s):
    NOTE: Editing the form here doesn’t change the template

    Changes to the form in the Assignment Notifications/Assignment Cancellations window change the current form only. If you want to update the information permanently, you must make the change in the Assignment Notification/Assignment Cancellation form template. See Creating/updating forms & letters.

  6. Click File >
  7. Click Close.
