Setting global RB-PDF Transcript preferences

RB9 only

Before creating RB-PDF Transcripts, set preferences for their appearance and what options they will include. Create multiple transcript profiles to cover different criteria, such as individual state requirements or client preferences. Global preferences can be overridden when creating individual transcripts.

  1. Setup > PDF Transcript Preferences
  2. In the PDF Transcript Preferences window, all existing RB-PDF Transcript profiles are listed. Click a transcript profile to select it.
  3. In the View PDF Transcript Preference panel, click:
  4. To update defaults and make selections in the Edit PDF Transcript Preference window’s:
  5. Click Save.
NOTE: Managing transcript profiles

Designate your most-used profile as your default by clicking Set as Default in its Edit window. The default profile has “(default)” appended to its name in the PDF Transcript Preferences list.

If you no longer need a transcript profile, click Delete in its Edit window. Then click Yes in the popup that appears. This will help keep your list of profiles manageable and make it easier to find and select a profile.
