Setting RB-PDF Transcript file preferences

Customize default file-identifying information for transcripts created using a particular PDF Transcript profile.
Continued from Setting global RB-PDF Transcript preferences or Creating PDF transcripts.
- Scroll or jump to the PDF File Properties pane in the Edit PDF Transcript Preference window/Select PDF Transcript Preference window.
- Update defaults by entering/editing text, adding data fields by clicking
and making selections in the contextual drop-downs, and/or deleting data fields:

Title
The default merge data field is the witness name. Many search engines use the title to describe the document in their search results list.

Author
The default merge data field is the name of the business unit that handled the job.

Subject
The default merge data field is the case name.

Keywords
The default merge data fields are job number, job date, resource and case number. Keywords make files easier to search.
- Scroll or jump to the Cover Page & Errata Sheet pane (see Setting cover page & errata sheet preferences) or another pane to update.
