Set overall preferences for the appearance and basic options of word indexes and word lists belonging to transcripts created using a particular PDF Transcript profile.
Continued from Setting global RB-PDF Transcript preferences or Creating PDF transcripts.
Select the number of columns you want the word index/word list broken down into from the drop-down.
Select a typeface in the drop-down.
Select a type size in points in the drop-down.
Optional outlines around page contents. Each side can get a different treatment. Select one in each drop-down:
Select where you want the word index/word list in relation to the transcript in the drop-down:
Word List only
Click to select Yes to include the number of times each word in the list appear in the transcript.
Click to select Yes to set margins for word indexes/word lists that are not the same as the main transcript margins.
If Use different margin selected
Measurement of the space from edge of paper to contents in inches. Each margin can be a different amount.
Select one in the drop-down:
When opening RB-PDF Transcripts containing bookmarks or attachments, the Bookmarks pane appears automatically so clients can navigate the transcript easier.
