Selecting PDF transcript preferences

RB9 only

The Select PDF Transcript Preferences window displays preferences entered in your default PDF Transcript Preferences set. You can select a different set of preferences and/or edit individual preferences here for this transcript only.

1. Click:

   • Create PDF Transcript

     (in PDF Transcripts window)

   • > Create PDF Transcript

     (in Turn In’s Witness repository)

   • Next

     (in the Set File Name and Merged Data window of Create Master Word List)

2. The Select PDF Transcript Preferences window displays preferences entered in your default PDF Transcript Preferences profile. If desired, select a different profile in the Preference Name drop-down. (Default values in preferences sets are entered in Setup > PDF Transcript Preferences.)
3. Update any preferences in the Select PDF Transcript Preferences window for the transcript selected, if desired:
   • General pane, see Setting general PDF preferences.
   • Header & Footer pane, see Setting RB-PDF Transcript header & footer preferences.
   • Word Index & Word List pane, see Setting word index & word list preferences.
   • Condensed Transcript pane, see Setting condensed transcript preferences.
   • PDF File Properties pane, see Setting RB-PDF Transcript file preferences.
   • Cover Page & Errata Sheet pane, see Setting cover page & errata sheet preferences.
   • Digital Signature pane, see Setting RB-PDF Transcript digital signature preferences.
   • Exclude Word pane, see Setting RB-PDF Transcript word exclusion preferences.

   NOTE: Preferences changes are for the current transcript only

   Changes made here do not affect the RB-PDF Transcript Preferences profile you selected, and not all options in profile are editable here. To change the profile’s preferences, see Setting global RB-PDF Transcript preferences.

4. Click Next. The Verify ASCII window appears. See Verifying ASCII.
