Look up/enter all custodians (locations/providers) in Orders > Orders > Parts.

Subpoena/notice pack printed

Assemble documents to be signed by the client in Orders > Send Forms.

Sent to attorney for signature

Send notice and subpoenas to the ordering attorney for signatures. Update progress in Orders > Tracking.

Notice signed by attorney

As forms come back with signatures update status in Orders > Tracking.

Notice to all counsel

Make copies of notice and subpoenas. Send to all counsel along with waivers (copy requests).

Receive OC copy requests

As waivers come back, record copy requests in Orders > Orders > [individual order] > Parties.

Notice/Subpoena served on custodian

Serve by email, mail, delivery service, or hand.

Expedite

Call custodians. Enter fee check requests in Payables > Request Checks.

Receive records in Orders > Receive Records.

Scanned/Produced

Enter page count in Production > Turn-in.

Billed

Generate invoices in Production > Turn-in. Print labels, face sheets (covers), and delivery slips. Finalize and send invoices in Billing.

Delivered

Enter tracking numbers and other details in Orders > Tracking.

Archived

Upload and publish images to the central repository in Production > Repository.
