Costs & benefits of MetaRecords
You can subscribe to MR9 for as little as $250 month which includes your MR9 Server and one user license.

- MR8 clients who upgrade to MR9 will be charged a $500 installation and data conversion fee. MR7 clients who upgrade to MR9 will be charged a $1,000 installation and data conversion fee.
- You need a user license for each user of your MR9 system. See Named User License for detailed explanation.
- 100GB of secure cloud storage is included in the monthly system fee. You can add more storage as needed. For $50/month, you can increase your MR9 cloud storage to 500GB. Additional storage is available above 500GB for an additional $50/month per 500GB.
- If you cancelled your MR9 and wish to restart your subscription with your existing database, this flat fee covers the manual upgrading of your database to the current version.

- Free training, which includes 3 initial one-to-one remote training sessions covering set-up and basics, plus training videos, tutorials, and downloadable manuals on our website.
- Support including chat, phone, email, and remote.
- Product upgrades, so you are always working with the latest version.
