Setting Connect preferences: Contact–Transcript Packages

This section allows you to set export preferences and configure the email notification that is sent when transcript packages are ready for viewing.

Step-by-step instructions

  1. On the left-hand side of the Connect Preferences screen, click Contact–Transcript Packages.
  2. To update preferences displayed, click Edit.

  3. In the PDF Transcript Preference for Exporting drop-down, select an export default.

  4. Use the word processor and merge data fields (click insert data field to display and select available fields) to customize the subject and body of the email notifying clients that a transcript package is available.

  5. Click Save at the top right of the Contact–Transcript Packages panel to save your changes.
